Just a bowl of beans with guac and sour cream. Rice was also undercooked and hard. This is not what I paid for. Worse chipotle bowl I’ve ever had.

Done with Chipotle for a while. Will check back in maybe 6 months to see if you've corrected. I would suggest do not order online here, they cannot follow instructions. Order in person or skip it.

Recently, there’s been more mistakes being made with pick ups and deliveries. I don’t always have time to stop in, let alone return when a mistake is made. I have had chips forgotten from several orders and today I had the completely wrong order delivered to my door. Please please please check your orders before handing them out, this is getting a bit ridiculous.
