    I am very disappointed with the service I received today. The staff was unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire experience. The dining room was also very dirty. Most of the tables had leftover food and debris on them, and the floors were covered in crushed-up chips. The food itself seemed old. They were out of white rice and only had brown rice, which I normally would not mind, but the brown rice I received was old and crunchy. I work in the service industry myself, and I would never treat customers with this level of disrespect. I always try to be polite when ordering and say please and thank you, but it seemed like the employees did not care at all. Ordering took a very long time, even though it was not busy and there were only two tables in the dining room. It was so bad that the woman in front of me left before even ordering. The couple in front of her was also treated poorly by an employee who came across as rude and disrespectful. The customer was upset that there was no white rice, but the employee seemed to ignore him instead of trying to help. It also seems like the staff does not get along with each other. There was a lot of tension and a clear lack of teamwork. Overall, I think this store needs major help. Based on the other recent reviews, it seems like other customers have had similar experiences.

    Service is consistently poor. Employees don’t even try. Food all over the floor. POS system down. Online order, waited quite awhile before even being acknowledged while waiting at the order pickup counter. Floor is a mess, counters are a mess, one cook struggling to keep up. Out of lettuce.Out of black beans. C’mon. How do you run out of lettuce and beans, management? Management must be a huge disappointment to employees, because they are CLEARLY struggling and do not have the tools they need to be successful. The restaurant is a huge disappointment to customers and a black eye for Chipotle. The ownership and leadership for this location should be ashamed.

    First time using the app to order, both bowls were made wrong. One was missing chicken, the other was missing corn salsa. Both were drowned in sour cream and had very little rice. Was told when I got there that my order was still being prepped, only to find out 10 minutes later my order was already sitting there bagged and ready and getting cold the entire time

    Unprofessional!! The entire front line was horrible, skimpy on the food. I asked for double meat & got a single serving and then added an item i did not want, then proceeded to say i was going to get pay extra for it. He then proceeded to make a mess with the sour cream, grab a cup to clean it up and somehow got sour cream all over the lid. All the front line workers were laughing & ive never received such bad service. I love chipotle & have been to this location a couple of times, but after today i will never be coming back to this location. 12pm 6/14.

    I came here expecting the Chipotle I used to know, but left disappointed by both the food quality and the customer service. As a former Chipotle employee from years ago, I understand that standards matter. Unfortunately, this location felt like it had lost sight of them. The dining room and floors were dirty, the atmosphere felt neglected, and the food quality was far below what I expected. The chicken was full of fat and tough pieces, and the overall freshness of the food was questionable. The biggest issue was my experience on the line. I ordered a bowl and was served rice that appeared to have been sitting for quite a while. It was clumped together, lacked fresh cilantro, and what cilantro remained looked dark and wilted. I politely asked if I could have some of the fresh rice that was being prepared in the back. Instead of addressing my request, the employee dumped the rice back into the pan and moved on to other tasks. I understand helping coworkers and keeping the line moving, but as a paying customer, it felt like my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. What made Chipotle successful years ago was its commitment to fresh food, quality ingredients, and great customer service. Sadly, this location felt more focused on pushing people through the line than delivering a quality experience. After several disappointing visits, I’ve decided to spend my money elsewhere. There are too many restaurants serving fresher food and providing better customer service to continue accepting this level of quality from a brand that used to set the standard. Also just want to mention Grill person was rude and the tortilla person as well. If this is your first line of customer service when your customers walk into this establishment, it’s an embarrassment.
