No napkins, the whole drink counter was a WRECK! Not to mention the rest of the dining room- I can only imagine how dirty back of house is. No napkins in the whole restaurant! They didn’t really care for the meat- leaving in all the fat and gristle and everything that all the other Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to get out of the meat. Beef was chewy and fatty, beef was tough and fatty. It can’t be that hard to get this right- I’ve been to a couple dozen Chipotle’s across the US and this one has got to be the worst.

This location is very stingy on the amount of ingredients they give you. The burritos were very small and you only get value out of them if you put all the free toppings on. The food was mediocre tasting at best and the tortillas very chewy to the point of being unenjoyable. Sadly it was also clear the employees did not want to be there. I’ll be supporting local places from here on out where I get much better value for what I spend.

- CHCade HaflaJul 14, 20261.0I’ve given this Chipotle location way too many chances, and it just keeps getting worse. The serving line is consistently dirty, which isn’t something you want to see where your food is being prepared. They’re constantly out of key ingredients, so you never know if you’ll actually be able to order what you came for. The chips are almost always stale, the salsas are so watery they’re basically soup, and on more than one occasion the chicken has tasted undercooked, which is a serious concern. I understand that every restaurant has an off day, but when these same issues happen over and over, it’s no longer an exception—it’s the standard. Management really needs to focus on cleanliness, food quality, and keeping basic ingredients in stock. Unfortunately this location is the closest to my house and hands down the worst chipotle in the state.
