  This Chipotle moves SO slow! I don’t get why it takes so long to get through the line with as many employees as they have. It never fails, it takes so long to checkout. Food is good but the restaurant is dirty and slow. Had to leave because I was going to miss work.

  The serving area was disgustingly messy, they didn’t even wipe the counter off & the two ladys working were LOUD and making jokes while there was a line of 15 people plus! It was a mess!

  Put in our take out order at 5:15 for a 5:30 pickup. I waited another 20 full minutes before getting my food. (Almost 6pm) Two burritos and a kids quesadilla. The store was not busy and the customer service was awful. Asking for an update (twice) on my order was a huge inconvenience for the register guy not doing anything. I did ask to speak to the lead on staff and she apologized for being busy and short staffed. Asked to throw in a drink or chip. Got home and they didn’t have the correct order. I guess I should have checked. They missed my burrito altogether and instead got a burrito from a DoorDash meal in my bag.

  I went with a chicken burrito bowl loaded with rice, beans, cheese, and salsa this time and it was absolutely amazing! The portions were really generous and everything tasted fresh. I mixed everything together and honestly the flavors went well together. Definitely one of the best meal ive had in chipotle

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but after tonight, I feel like I need to say something. The first time was about a month ago during lunch. There was a line because the restaurant was out of chicken, yet the employees behind the counter seemed to be standing around rather than addressing the situation or cleaning. The food prep area was a mess—lettuce, sauces, and food were all over the counter. Tonight, I stopped in for dinner and unfortunately saw the exact same thing. The counter where the food is prepared was absolutely disgusting, with food everywhere, while employees were standing around. I understand that restaurants get busy, but basic cleanliness and keeping the food preparation area sanitary should always be a priority. I ended up walking out and going next door to Jersey Mike’s instead. I really hope management addressesthe cleanliness and lack of urgency at this location, because I don’t feel comfortable eating food prepared in an area that looks like this.
