  So I can tell from reading all the sad reviews that managers or owners just don't care to manage and train their employees here at this location! The only reason we come here is cuz it's close to our house. No matter what time of day I have to wait atleast 20 mins and they are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING!!! And when we ask how long the African American guy cooking just non chalantly shrugs his shoulders and says I don't know how much longer till it's ready! There is always atleast 2 to 3 people working the line and yet there's always just one employee doing it all which is why it takes so long to get an order made! Even when I'm the only one in line I'm still in there for 15 mins. I don't know if there's not a manager there or there is a manager and they could care less about the laziness of their employees but either way you need to find a new manager! Someone who can hold a team accountable and clearly shows that the customer is number one!

  Should have read the reviews before coming. Rice was delayed and I had to wait for 5 minute for chicken to be ready during peak lunch. No wonder they’re empty compared to other chipotles during lunch. The competitions next to them are more worth it. Go to Angie’s, Thai chili 2 go, jersey mikes, the hawaiian spot, or the curry spot. All more worth it

  Shauna took care of me. Her team had the restaurant very clean. Everyone had a smile of their face and was very fast. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was everyone’s smile. Upon ordering all the food look hot and fresh. I highly recommend this establishment. Great job guys. I hope all of you get raises.

  Just had a negative interaction with a younger female African American manager at this store. There was a new trainee that needed help on the front line and couldn't wrap a burrito. She got help from a different staff and that staff started helping me. He was stopped and chased back to the back. I asked why he did not finish my burrito. Manager refered to her staff as "Ren" explained she wants him in the back and the female is on the line. Then Ren turned around and made a magarive. Comment about me that I could hear. When I called her out on it she tried to ignore me when the male staff next to her told her, "he heard you .". When I asked to speak with someone else in charge the manager accused me of being disrespectful and being across some line. I stepped back and asked again but she did not give me a number and she stated she didn't say anything when I could clearly hear her and the coworker.

  Eating out can already be expensive. It is disappointing to order food and not be able to finish it because the meat had the texture of rubber. I order the same steak bowl always and for some reason this location not only has poor quality food, but the presentation of the food is sloppy. The dining area is messy and is always out of stock. But more importantly I just wasted $40 for a meal my family did not eat!
