Kai was so quick, and the gentleman behind the counter preparing chicken immediately greeted us when we walked through the door and told us we’d be helped shortly. Everyone seemed happy and the vibes were chill. There was good music, a clean room, speed, and the food is great! Thanks everyone!

They subsequently lost the initial order and caused a half hour delay from the initial time of ordering. They insinuated that they do this often. Waiting half an hour for a chipotle bowl is just silly.

The first time I barely got not even 1/4 of the bowl filled with rice beans and chicken, that was an online order. It didn’t fair much for the burrito I ordered either as it was the size of a small soft shell taco. This time it happened again even though I went inside I asked for double portions of rice and chicken and yet I still got barely any rice and a barely normal portion of chicken. I also had to ask for double chicken on the burrito because, again it was the size of a soft shell taco. I have pictures but they show that the portions I got are not as big as they should be. Edit: my family member found hair in their food, Gross! Also I would like to add I saw an employee get her food and she got massive portions, at least be consistent with all of us!
