  As always great food. Unfortunately the service is always a tad slower than most local Chik Fil A 's . One person working counter with occasional 2nd Shift lead assisting. I waited almost 10 mins for a simple #1 . Still love CFA !!

  By far the best Chick-fil-A in the valley! The customer service is exceptional, and the food was fresh! 😊 My only concern, which isn’t with Chick-fil-A itself, but I really think there needs to be a stop sign when you come out of there. I don’t know I just foresee they’re being an accident if people don’t pay attention when leaving or if someone is driving too fast when a person is trying to leave, there’s like a blind spot there.

  Ordered delivery from here once and it took 2 hours to arrive when original ETA was 30 minutes. The next time I decided to try curbside pickup since the delivery takes a while and I was sitting and waiting for 30 minutes watching everyone else get their food. I called and they said they had no record of my order. Then they said oh actually we gave it to the wrong person. 🤦‍♀️ just save your time and go to a different location.

  I have no complaints about the food, but after a single visit to this location, I’ve been getting Chick-fil-A Spotlight reward emails every single day with the exact same reward. It’s excessive and honestly pretty frustrating. I contacted Chick-fil-A corporate, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I then called the store and spoke with Syed, who told me I would need to unsubscribe on my end to make it stop. The response basically amounted to, “deal with it yourself,” which gives the impression that they don’t really care about spamming their customers’ inboxes every day.

  The customer service here SUCKS big time and I am seriously tired of it. My kids love Chick-fil-A so I do bring them here. We come to this location because it's close to our house. But after tonight, no more. I had to wait and wait and wait to get a single drink refill for my special needs daughter. Several employees plus a manager walked by us (we were waiting by the registers) and completely ignored us. It was obvious that I needed a drink refill as I stood there with the lid off my cup holding it out. This happens every single time! Hello! I am not invisible! When ordering our meals, I asked for ketchup. We got none. Had to ask twice for it. The only positive about tonight was that we didn't have to sit at a dirty table. There have been many times where I have had to ask for a table to be cleaned off and by the time someone shows up, our food is cold. Every time I visit this location, I leave feeling frustrated and angry. I will not be back. Do better! Customers shouldn't leave feeling upset!
