  I really despise this location. Every time I try to get delivery around 7:20 PM, it’s not available even though it says they deliver till 8 PM.

  Always pleasant and never have any issues. I actually made a mistake on my order and they promptly fixed it for me. After a long day, it was very much appreciated.

  Last night we ordered delivery and for the first time (in a while) at this location they forgot an entire item. The delivery team member told me to call the store and when I did I was told someone would be bringing out the missed item. Now I am going to level with you all google, I did not think that item was ever going to be delivered, it was Friday night and it had already taken a long time for our original order to come. I was pleasantly surprised when a team member showed up at my door and had two of the missing item for us! I wish I had gotten names, but thank you to whoever was working last night and helped us! I hope you are recognized by your management for going above and beyond.

  Passing through for breakfast to the rim country. Team member who took my order could not keep it straight and had to repeat multiple times and order was still incorrect. Team member that handed the food out was friendly, courteous and efficient. Biscuits were not cooked and crumbled in my hands. Morning staff needs to step it up.

  I went to drive through in the morning to order my family breakfast as I have done every Saturday for a long time. I had three issues this time which was finally the straw the broke the camel's back for submitting this negative review. 1. The drive through, when busy which is all the time, is incredibly unsafe. Out of pure convenience, laziness, call it whatever you want but don't call it efficiency because that would be a lie, they have created a new "Spot 1" for cars to wait for their order that is literally blocking the drive through lane exit. This store has 2 lanes for drive through - one primary for drive through orders and a 2nd lane for Mobile Pickups. However, there is only one exit and when they have people park in the new "Spot 1" instead of the three empty original waiting spots in the actual parking lot, it blocks the drive through lanes exit. This forces the car in the drive through lane to cut into the mobile lane to go around the waiting customer in Spot 1 which is an accident waiting to happen. You don't want to be in a parking lot accident - it's private property so regardless who is at fault the Police won't write a report and the insurance companies have a hay day often ending up splitting the costs to fix the dent between both customers so both people get screwed and have their rates jacked up. 2. I clearly ordered a Breakfast Burrito not a Bowl but got a bowl. These items on the breakfast menu are so similar the associate should always ask at least once to clarify which you ordered. 3. The bowl I didn't order was pathetic and only half full. My wife told me it's been this way for a bit and that's why she refuses to buy the bowls any more. I was shocked. I thought this was an LDS owned chain that worshipped the God of Abraham not the Green God of Benjamin Franklins!
