Asked for less ice in the second Margarita. 8/16 1 pm lunch. This is how the drink was served. The waitress was great.

Finished up work in the area and went in to have dinner. We wanted to sit at the bar but since it wasn’t cleaned up we sat at one of the table adjacent to the bar. Upon seating we were greeted by the server and she took our drink order which were a couple beers and waters. While we waited for the beer to be poured the location at the bar that we had been eyeing was cleaned up and we decided to switch from the table to the edge of the bar. Once there we saw our beers poured and waiting on the well and had the bartender just grab our beers and hand them to us at the bar top. At the bar top we were approached by the server asking for us to close out our tab with her even though she hadn’t even delivered our drinks and we asked if she could just transfer our beers to the bar top to continue our tab at the bar because she hadn’t even delivered our drinks. Bartender acknowledged that the transfer made sense and even joked that “what is she asking for the tab to be closed out for, a dollar?” We agreed and asked again for the tab to be transferred because it doesn’t make sense to close out a tab that didn’t need to be closed and could easily be transferred to the bar to continue our tab at the bar. After asking for the tab to be transferred the manager asked the bartender to pick up the transferred tab. Unfortunately for the manager (Kliff) and bartender they had no idea how to combine the transferred tab in their POS system ALOHA and asked us to close out the tab individually from our new tab started at the bar for our food. We were slightly annoyed and joked to give us the manager number so that we could assist the manager with how to combine the tabs in the ALOHA POS system but obliged and followed through with payment for the drinks. After paying for the drinks we had asked for another round which the bartender had said she couldn’t pour any until we drank more than our half full drinks. We obliged and drank our drinks In entirety so that we could receive another round. In waiting for that round we received our food which took a reasonable amount of time for food but not for drinks to be poured and of course the food was cold upon arrival. We immediately declined the drinks that took to be poured and asked for the check so that we may leave because clearly the service at this establishment; management and their employees are untrained to utilize their own POS systems or to perform their duties in a reasonable manner. We left after paying our tabs in totality including for the drinks never poured. This type of service is the worst I’ve experienced in the greater Phoenix area and will definitely never return to this establishment because of the incompetence experienced.

terrible service terrible food would not recommend. Erica and the manager Daniella are of no help. would strongly advise to dine elsewhere where you can feel welcomed and not just a burden.

Just got done having a late night date with my boyfriend. We were in such a good mood but the experience kind of ruined it. I understand there was only 1 server on but the service was terrible. No acknowledgment when we sat down and it took at least 20 minutes for our order to be taken, we considered leaving but we were so excited for the food that we stayed. The food took awhile to come out which I can understand but when it finally came out it was all cold, so it was obviously sitting in the window for a long time before being brought to us. We were also never checked up on. I even noticed other tables looking around, searching for the server.

We ordered boneless and bone in with onion rings and fries. Fries and onion rings were hot. Wings were all luke warm at best. After leaving the food server did not come back until she brought the check. I told her about the wings. Her comment was we should have mentioned it to her. I explained it was hard to tell her if she never came to check see on us. There were only 4 tables busy in there and she was not visible in the area. No soda refills etc. She then asks us if we would like our order remade. What! We were already done and paying. At what point were we supposed to eat them. Not going to eat at any Buffalo Wild Wings again. There are too many other options out there. It seemed like there were plenty of people working but not many filled tables. Maybe this is a reflection of poor food quality. BTW. The celery was ice cold and really good.
