  I love eating at and from BWW but recently I had my third bad experience with having old crusty wings. Normally they do really well but I had just had enough that day and was kind of upset because wings aren’t cheap anymore and to have bad quality. I contacted BWW and well they asked for proof weather it would be a receipt or a credit card transaction, I provided the credit card transaction because I threw away my receipt. On top of that they couldn’t find my transaction because my number was also not connected to the transaction. Anyways I’m kind of upset with how customer service deals with this ! I’m just upset as to how they can go from being ok with a credit card statement to all of a sudden they wanting my receipt

  General Manager Swears she owns the place , called in an order on my birthday and went to pick it up and decided to dine just to have this (General Manager ) lady come from the back with her finger in my face and would not talk to me without the finger so I cussed her clean out . Respect goes both Ways ‼️ seems very racist all I wanted was my wings without the HASSLE of this lady swearing she owns the place . The floors were covered in trash while she’s worried about who is dinning in or not I think her main concern should have been cleanliness ………. General Manager Dark Hair takes her job Above and beyond . I’d never eat somewhere where someone like her works but what she didn’t know was it was my Birthday and I had CALLED ahead of time and had explained everything before I got there 🥴 food paid for all u have to do is hand me my food lady . Some people really make things harder then they have to be like their are not Better wing places . I would NeVEr ever go to ANY BW3s after that . If race place apart of me not getting my order fine I’ll wait 5 business days for a refund before I ever be disrespected like that

  Love the appetizers deal. Our total came to about $11 for two people for the unlimited appetizers deal and it was so good. Our server was amazing and she kept coming back to check on us every 15 minutes to see if we wanted more appetizers or soda refills, she was the best.

  I am very frustrated with our service at BWW this weekend. We are frequent customers and love the food. I showed our waitress an email with a reward that was apparently for online orders only. I asked if I could still order online and eat in the restaurant. She explained that corporate is cracking down on that. We ended up ordering it for takeout which was frustrating. I thought it was completely illogical that we wouldn’t be able to eat the food at a table inside.

  This place has always been a delightful place for me. I order through their app and unfortunately the southwest ranch is not able to be substituted in place of the bdub sauce when ordering the cheese curds. There also is not an option to order it solo anymore! However, each time I call they always make it easy to replace it. I only ever had one issue at this restaurant over a year ago and the manager was so kind and resolved it. Days later I noticed the payment had never gone through so I called to make it right and he had said it was fine, to not worry about it. Every few months I crave the cheese curds with southwest ranch along with the Thai curry doneless wings. I wish I had gotten the woman’s name who answered the phone today (7pm on Friday April 17) she sounded young but put me on hold to make sure what I was asking was okay. Biggest shout out to her! Called back for her name! Lani is super kind and courteous! Sorry for calling a second time during dinner!! Note to everyone else: if you put their name down for any retail or restaurant, they usually have incentives for those employees
