  I'm telling you that this is excellent food absolutely a do again the meatballs for $4.00 Wow what a great price and really the best I've had just wonderful!! And the pizza over the top Super!! Gold Star

  Ive asked for extras on my pizza and never get them. I called today to order over the phone and the the girls upfront kept putting my call on hold then hanging up - I decided to drive to the restaurant and place it in person since it’s the only Barro’s near me and it was empty inside? I’m not sure why they kept putting me on hold. I did witness that they kept doing the same thing to other customers as I was waiting for my order. They answer and put you on hold and they hang up. Customer service sucks! Definitely needs some improvement.

  I went to this location not as a customer but as a doordash delivery driver. Once I arrived I was told that my delivery would be ready in about 7 minutes, after being there for about 15 I canceled my delivery and left. When restaurants don't have the doordash order prepared in a timely manner that takes money out of our pocket.

  I was eating here 4-5 times a week because it was close to work and cheap. The food is fine, but the convenience factor couldn't be beat. Today, I ordered my usual, 2 slices and a drink. Only one slice ready, but the cashieer says they can bring me out another slice when it's ready in ~5 minutes. I'm on a tight schedule, but I have an extra 5 minutes. After eating and waiting another 20 minutes, there's no slice and a line almost out the door. I go up to tell them that I have to go. The cashieer is on the phone, but tells her co-worker to get my slice. I didn't even have a chance to explain that I didn't have time because they were still on the phone. To be clear, I am not blaming the staff. They were doing their best. But, with how short staffed they are, maybe consider other options if you're looking for something fast and cheap. Paying for 2 slices but getting them to 25 minutes apart ends up being neither.
