- LLLakeshoreJun 26, 20261.0I come here often with my family. Last night I was working a door dash order that picked up two separate orders at the same time. It was not busy-there were less than five customers in the entire restaurant. I arrived to my first delivery and discovered that I was missing a dessert, and when I checked the next order I saw that I was also missing a two liter. I had to drive ten minutes back to the restaurant to pick up the items. I asked if there was anything they were willing to do, like a coupon or a free slice of pizza, for the major inconvenience on an order I'm getting paid a whole 11 dollars for. Not only were they unapologetic and awkward, but said that they only offer things like that if the food was bad.. Not just because of a door dash problem. So, to translate, Door Dash drivers and customers are beneath their consideration. They would rather lose customers and receive negative reviews than offer a two dollar slice of pizza or a small coupon for what was entirely their fault. I don't care that this is the closest location to my house. I will not be coming here anymore for any reason, and I also informed the two customers of the apathy and rudeness of the staff here.

There was just one other customer in the entire restaurant, so no excuse of being busy. The employees were all chatting up about summer plans, trips, vacations and abroad trips. Literally just listening to their conversation. When I ask about the status on my pizza. one employee mentions “oh that should have been out along time ago” five minutes later they come out with my pizza says have a good day. Doesn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Sad experience
