Received our pizza and wings and when we opened up the pizza box, it was just pepperonis on top of the bread no sauce no cheese. Unbelievable!!!! $62 later. So very disappointed. ! I guess they said when I ordered it online that I put no sauce and no cheese which I did not !!! but whatever!!! If I was working there, I would’ve called the The people to confirm the order if it was listed without cheese and without sauce, why not just order cheese, bread or breadsticks?Who orders pizza and doesn’t have sauce and cheese on it? Could’ve just ordered some bread sticks $$62 dollars !!

However, when my husband arrived to pick it up and pay, the order on their end showed one XL pepperoni pizza and one XL cheese pizza. We were told they could remake the order, but unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to wait. It was frustrating to have the order entered incorrectly after it had been clearly repeated and confirmed over the phone.

She figured she would go and call this place to have someone bring it to the car for her. They were "too busy" to help. What type of friggin world do we live in that you can't as a common courtesy walk a pizza out the front door to a car 10 ft away. So disappointed in this place never ordering from Barros pizza again unfortunately it was my family and I's favorite spot. Dont go here boycott people like this at all cost!!!
