  DRIVE THRU-FOOD COLD, WANTED NO SALT FRIES AND THERE WAS NO SALT, BUT IT TASTED LIKE THEY TOOK OLD CRINKLE CUT FRIES AND PUT IT IN THE FRYER TO GET RID OF THE SALT. TASTED HORRIBLE AND IT'S OLD OIL TOO!

  There was nothing wrong with the food—it came out fresh and tasted good. However, I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered three meals and asked for extra Arby’s sauce, but I was told I could only have five packets. For three sandwiches and curly fries, that felt unreasonable. When I politely asked for more, they refused. Additionally, I was told that Arby’s offers pup cups. When I received one, it had very little whipped cream and nothing else in it. I was expecting something a bit more, like a small treat such as beef or a dog biscuit—not just a minimal amount of whipped cream. Overall, the service left a bad impression. Because of this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location, and I’ll be recommending that friends and family go elsewhere for better service.

  It has been a while since I have gone to Arby's. Today for lunch I got their Beef & Cheddar double and a side of the mac & cheese. I must say I thought the sandwich was really good with a dab of the sauces. However the mac & cheese was surprisingly delicious. They use like a white cheese sauce and it was great. Drive thru service very pleasant. I plan to go back.

  Ondrea took our order,when my husband went to get it he asked her for some horsey sauce packets, she motioned him to the goop covered pumps,he asked again she argued and sighed and told him it was over there, he said he preferred packets she argued and eventually gave him some, her job is custom service not to argue with customers, the restaurant was dirty tables not clean and rags hanging out of the soda machine. Thank goodness this is not our regular location we will never go back we work too hard for our money to be disrespected by a child with a bull ring in her nose. Shame on you Arby's
