    We got the fish sandwiches they were okay the fries were cold and the drink which was supposed to be a medium was actually kids size I don't know how they can get away with 8 oz being a medium but that's what they're doing

    Imagine going to Arby's at 9:20 p.m., 40 minutes before they close and they tell you they have less than a half pound of roast beef left for the day. Why not just close the place? No wonder we barely go to Arby's anymore.

    Came by the drive through, ordered a Beef and Cheddar meal, I was not informed that the sandwich included onion on the bun. When I got home I called back and spoke with Tom, he made the process easy and resolved the situation for the next time I come in. Accidents and mistakes happen.
