  First time I've been to this location and I will be back. The shift manager Sebastian has this place too notch. Food was hot. Buns not dry. it's Arby's..it's fast food ... it's amazing customer care and service.

  Went to this location tonight at 8:20 pm the drive thru was inaccessable with a trash can placed directly blocking cars to enter. I am handicapped and usually use the drive thru most places. The dining room was totally empty abd 1 small group of people eating outside. Lights were dimmed inside giving the impression of being closed when they advertise open until 11pm. When will these fast food places realize that highing young kids is not an advantage. Pay a little more and higher retirees or at least adults who may be looking for a second job in these tough times. The food is usually good at this location when they get my order correct.

  Jalapeño poppers are my favorite! Swap the berry sauce for a ranch and its a nice app.

  Customer service was excellent. But this is the 2nd time I've gotten food poisoningfrom Arbys. 2 different locations, but I think I'm done testing my luck. This is no fun and I missed work today because of it.

  I love that they make the food fresh even if I have to wait 5-10 minutes for it
