The supermarket cashier, Scott, manages customer, checkouts, processes, payments, and provides consistent. Excellent customer service. Core duties include scanning groceries, handling, cash, and cards, balancing registers, applying coupons, and verifying agents for restricted items. Scott also maintains an immaculately, clean checkout area and frequently Assist with bagging items as well as answering pricing questions, resolving, minor complaints, and processing returns or exchanges. Scott follows store policies consistently with professional, friendly customer service. I would expect Scott to be in a managerial position and would highly recommend this consideration for upper management in light of this outstanding employee . The store offers a very busy checkout line and Mary Is present most days to assist customers with coupons as well as checkout issues. Mary is an outstanding customer service representative who always offers superior checkout assistance. The store also has OSCO Pharmacy on site with an efficient and professional manager, Sam, lead pharmacist who is very knowledgeable and provides guidance on dispensed medications as well as possible side effects. The pharmacy is well stocked and medications are available on a consistent basis.
