I've only ever ordered through the app at this location, so my experience is exclusively with the drive thru. That said, I prefer this Taco Bell over the one on John Wayne ten times over! The service has always been super friendly. The AI bot is annoying, but I've never had a rude or grumpy employee greet me at the window, and that goes a long way! The reason I'm giving three stars is that customized orders are frequently incorrect. For me, it's not a huge deal. I'll just pick out the lettuce and tomatoes and go about my day. However, if you have food allergies, I don't think this is a location you could confidently rely on to get your order right. That being said, the service here is SO much better than at its sister location and so is the food, I'll happily continue choosing this Taco Bell whenever I'm in the area! :)

I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. Hopefully to beat the drive thru. The little girl flirted with the little boy with tattoos.. All I wanted was two chicken quesadillas. With 12 kids in the kitchen and waiting for 2 chicken quesadillas, I couldn’t help but witness the little girl hit on the boy with tattoos gee wiz. 🤮 I guess this generation thinks it’s all about them. I just wanted two chicken quesadillas.

SO TIRED OF THIS! Get it together!!! This is 80% of the time I come in here! I just sat and listen to a customer sitting in the lobby talking about his order being wrong. Then I get this... Litterally nothing I added on inside.. And two tablespoons of half melted cheese in each one.. $6 for 11 Pennies worth of food. Done with this place!

Had an Attitude when I asked if I can get no lettuce and tomato on both my tacos. Didn’t ask if I wanted sauce then proceeded to make a ugly face when I ask for some sauce in the front window Not only that asked for no beans in one of my burritos and they put a small amount of ground beef on my burrito.
