- ALAustin LynnJun 4, 20261.0Absolute worst and filthiest Papa John's that I have ever encountered. We ordered 4 single topping pizzas on 06/02 for my children and I, the toppings we're sloppily tossed into the center of the pizzas and there was very little sauce. If I wanted cardboard, I would have went to Little Caesars, I expected WAY better from this store. After this, I immediately submitted feedback via online form, didn't receive a call back for 2 days, so I called the store and the 'manager', an unnamed female working at 6:00pm MST 06/04 stated with a very nasty attitude that there's nothing she could do about it and that 'most people call the same day to complain', then proceeded to hang up. Why would I call the same day to have the same crew re-make my upsetting pizzas? When I came in, they were unenthusiastic and very annoyed with me after I expressed excitement about picking up my order. I submitted via online form to hopefully get a member of management, after communicating with one, it was apparent that it wouldnt have been productive regardless. Since this interaction occurred and remains unresolved, I have no choice but to share this sad experience. This Papa Johns location seems to be totally incapable of resolving simple issues. Photos attached, the staff at this location are LAZY and could care less about customer satisfaction.

I’ve never been so frustrated placing an order that ultimately ended up being wrong and AI changed it to pick up when it was supposed to be delivery. Glad I added that $7 tip so I could come pick it up. Will not order again if AI takes over my order. Nothing against AI but you all got the Temu AI.
