Very slow insiders. Not freaky or fast. Long wait, over 20 mins for a uber drivers is ridiculous.
I went to Jimmy John’s to get my team lunch. I thought the order go messed up. So when I called they told me to come and they will provide me the bowl I thought I ordered. I had then realized I messed up on one of the order, so when I got there I told them it was my mistake and wanted to pay but they gave me the bowl for free. What great customer service. The team there is friendly and great you when you go in. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

Service was good, and the bootlegger was good. But the oil and vinegar SAUCE was like GELATIN. At first I thought its just cold, so I only used a tiny bit on my sandwich. Immediately after finishing my food, my stomach was feeling inside out!!. waited an hour and the sauce still has the same gloopy texture… absolutely foul
On Memorial Day, I was driving on Honeycutt Road and was in the right-turn lane to turn onto John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa. The traffic signal for the turn lane was displaying a red right-turn arrow. The vehicle in front of me stopped as required by law, and I stopped behind them. We were both simply obeying the traffic signal and waiting for the light to change.
At that point, a Jimmy John's driver in what appeared to be a white SUV or delivery van pulled up directly behind me and began honking repeatedly. This wasn't a quick tap of the horn, it was excessive and continued even though traffic was stopped because of the red arrow. I had my children in the car, and the driver's behavior felt aggressive, intimidating, and completely unnecessary.
There was nowhere for us to legally go. The vehicle in front of me was stopped, I was stopped behind them, and we were waiting for a legal turn signal. Despite that, the driver continued honking as if he expected us to drive through the red arrow.
After stopping briefly, he began honking again. He then drove and speed around the stopped vehicles, passed us, and proceeded through the intersection despite the red right-turn arrow. The driver appeared to be an older bald gentleman with tattoos across his knuckles. He looked visibly aggravated and impatient.
I understand Jimmy John's is known for being "Freaky Fast," but no delivery is worth disregarding traffic laws or pressuring other drivers to do the same. Most importantly, no parent should have to deal with that kind of aggressive behavior while driving with their children in the car.
Safety, professionalism, and respect for others on the road should always come first.
I ordered from this store at 645 and the sandwich was finally showed as delivered at around 8 but no sandwich and I did not ask for them to just leave it and run. I saw the driver just sitting in her car and waited only to see her drive away. I then called the store and after about 10 min they told me the driver left the sandwich on a box at the he house next door. The response from the store was to have the driver return in 5 more min and retrieve the sandwich and bring it to me....
