    I just wanted to say thank you for everyone today about 1030am. I stopped to get 2 pup cups for my dog and her best friend who was crossing the rainbow bridge and I couldn't hold it together and the team was so kind to me I just wanted to say I've thought about their kindness all day today and it means so much to me. Thank youšŸ«¶

    I completely understand a small establishment not having enough space for a public restroom. However, having a restroom with a keypad and then being told (after I had already placed and paid for my order) that the only restroom is for crew members was a dealbreaker for me. In fact, seeing the keypad was one of the reasons I felt comfortable placing my order. After I paid, I asked for the code, and the lady, who was very polite and professional, explained that the restroom was for crew only. I have no complaints about the employee or the service she provided. My issue is strictly with management and their restroom policy. If there is a restroom on the premises, I believe paying customers should be allowed to use it, especially after they have already purchased their food. Unfortunately, for me, that is a no-go and the reason for my review.

    Waited 15 plus minutes in a short line- for my drink to be made wrong and my food. Ordered a bacon slider- the recipe says bacon slider to then drive off and look at my food and for it to be a sausage slider. Frustrating that I didnā€™t get the right order and didnā€™t have another 15 minutes to wait around in line to replace my order.

    I come and get the same drink often. It has foam on top about an ounce or 2 high. This time they give me a slither on top. I asked for a little more and the boy wanted to charge me. I said excuse me? I barely got Any. He says itā€™s 2 ounces per cup. This was CLEARLY not 2 ounces. Extremely disrespectful to insult my intelligence like that. Putting foam in a cup on the side would be great customer service. Doing what he did is not going to get you a raise buddy. Learn quick kid
