  This Chipotle has 1 thing guaranteed, terrible service. I went there last night at 8 pm, i wanted a bag of chips. They only had large bags of chips. There was 3 hours til closing and they couldn't provide a regular bag. This was actually my first time visiting this location on over a year due to the last incident. I went there about an hour before closing, the line was to the door. We waited for 40 minutes to get to the counter, only to be told they were out of white rice. I watched the cook prepare rice and put it on the line with a lid. When i asked about the freshly made rice, I was told it was only for online order since the had been paid in advance. I asked if they were planning to make more and was told my only option was brown rice. If that was the case, they should have made that announcement and i wouldn't have waited from the beginning. There have been numerous other incidents. Once they were out of chicken. Another time we waited for 20 minutes for rice that was undercooked. They prioritize online orders but still seem to not get those out in a timely manner. I have even waited 20 to 30 minutes for my online order. Don't go when they are having any type of promotion, you will be there all day. And when you complain, management acts as if you are the problem. Its very unfortunate because this is the only location in this small town. The nearest location is about 20 miles away. I would drive those miles to avoid the terrible service i received here.

  First time coming into this location in person. I was blown away by Heather. Her customer service skills, her empathy, her kindness was a million out of 10. If i hadn’t met Heather here, i’d probably not come back in person again but her kidness and presence would make me come back. She lit up the ENTIRE store and this isn’t sarcasm. Thank you Heather. The world is a better place Because of people like you.

  1st off, I typically only give positive reviews. This time is unfortunately different. My burrito bowl was like soup, so much cilantro sauce I could sip it. Almost no chicken, 4 strips of lettuce and the littlest pile of cheese ever... My kids 3 burritos were half the size, maybe. My daughter finished hers in 3 minutes and NEVER is actually able to finish hers normally. My sons kids meal couldnt even make him 2 tacos... Not sure if the staff is new, but definitely unacceptable. I called customer service,and they saif they can only replace 4 meals... Which is fine, but 5 were bad of the 6 ordered. I LOVE Chipotle and have never had an issue with this location, so hopefully its just a newbie that currently sucks at his/her job right now.
