  The Chipotle location Maricopa has good food made to order. The staff is friendly and makes a good entrees. Enjoy!

  I wanted to give a shoutout to two amazing employees at the Maricopa Chipotle, Maisha and Alena! Every time I come in, they are friendly, welcoming, and always provide excellent customer service. They make the experience enjoyable with their positive attitudes and genuinely seem to care about their customers. It’s nice to walk into a place where you’re greeted with a smile and treated so well. Thank you, Maisha and Alena, for always going above and beyond. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and you’re a big reason I keep coming back. Chipotle is lucky to have you both!

  We come here just about weekly, it was a little busy and they must been training, no biggie as we were in there this lady (I heard was the manager) was very rude to her employees . The 2 that were running the line were doing the best they could to get customer taken care of and the girl next to him was a little behind and then u have the manager standing next to her. She proceeded to talk very loudly to the other employee about what was done. So instead of going to help them and get your customers in and out in a timely matter she decided to correct the employee what was done in front of staff and customers to see and hear. Very unprofessional. That could have been addressed aside from others and away from the front where customers see and here. Then u have Alex was at the register with his arms crossed like someone pissed him off no hi no is there anything else I can get you ! Nothing!!!! And the so called manager did nothing about his attitude just let go as if it was ok. Good food, good customer service is what keeps business open . Your wages are being paid by your customers , if you dont have customers you have no paycheck, job or a business.

  Placed an online order at 940, the chipotle app said the quickest I could pick it up would be 950, so I place the order and head down to the restaurant. When I get there there is no one in the store. She tells me there is one order ahead of mine and I say okay no problem, despite the time already being 954. They proceed to then help 3 additional people in line as they walked in before making an order that is supposed to already be done. Kind of defeats the purpose of mobile ordering dont cha think ? Always have horrible service at this location and nothing is every right.
