    This is truly the best restaurant we have in all of Maricopa. I had a dish there the other day, and it was excellent. I ate every single bite, and my family will tell you that's saying something because I'm a tough critic when it comes to food. For years, we've mostly had fast-food options here in Maricopa. It's about time we got an outstanding, top-notch restaurant where people can sit down and enjoy a great meal. No other restaurant in town compares to this place. It is, without a doubt, the best. Highly recommended!

    20% fee applied to my party of 5 adults for being a large group, crazy business. I would have gladly tipped.. Great food, dont like the business practice at all. 30min wait to get in. Portions were fair. Prices would have been fine without the surprise fee

    Service was below acceptable. Got seated, the waitress did not come over to take our drink orders for 15 min. There were 3 of us, 2 orders came out luke warm, last order came out 10 min later and was barely warm. Table of 5 next to us complained that their food was served too cold too. Very disappointed since it was our first time there.

    Wow! I worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for 15 years and I was impressed at my first visit to Chilaquiles here in Maricopa. Beautifully designed and decorated patio, smiling faces upon entrance inside, and it smelled clean, too. The decor inside was well done. It was modern, colorful and made us feel welcome. Some restaurants have too many tvs and artificial lights, too much wall and not enough windows, but this place has all the right touches- there was green foliage decor, plenty of windows with natural light and the screens were enough to showcase their menu items and not distract the guests from the experience. Our server Veronica (Vero) was cheerful, accommodating and knowledgeable, too. She made great recommendations, which we trusted, and were so glad we did! The food was beautifully presented, portion size was perfect and flavor was TOP! Every single item we tried was delicious! Chips were crispy and fresh, salsa was definitely scratch made and had a kick to it! Beans were the best I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant, rice too! The seasoning on all the meat was incredible, the sauces were a treat by themselves! All of the food was incredible honestly! Even though it wasn’t very busy when we came in (early evening Monday), all staff stayed busy and took great care of their guests. Our table was bussed and cleared perfectly, drinks were refilled perfectly… and the menu! The menu was unique. There are so many items that you don’t find at other Mexican restaurants. We cannot wait to come back again to try some more of their yummy food. To me, this is the best restaurant in Maricopa, especially in the Mexican food category, but also in the overall: very clean, great atmosphere, great menu, great service, great prices, great portions, great flavor! We got The Molcajeta which had: rice and refried beans, carne asada, chicken breast, grilled shrimp, chorizo and tortillas, served with this amazing sauce/salsa that had nopales and crazy good flavor! Yumm!

    I absolutely 💯 love this place! Food is amazing and they put a spin on the traditional Mexican breakfasts. Staff are ready to take orders quickly and very knowledgeable about everything. I also noticed that Management also assists when things get busy which you do not see anywhere else. True leadership for staffing and helping their people! Atmosphere is so chill, you never feel rushed in any aspect, you can actually relax and take in everything around you and have a great time while being there. Will always be going back for more!! Thanks again
