  Food is good, I used the website and it charged my card twice but the store never got my order . I physically went there paid for my pizza with a different card so all in all they charged me 100 bucks for two large pizzas. Don’t use the website- it’s better to call the order in . They told me to call back in 5-7 business days - hopefully I get my money back .

  Ordered a large pizza and 6 wings. Was told it would be here in 45 minutes. Called them after 1 hour 15 minutes just to check. They told me on the way. Cool thank you. Another 30 minutes went by. Manager said sorry. I cancelled order. Not even a sorry jets a small discount for your time. If you don't have 2 hours to wait go to another place.

  I've been here twice in July 2026. I have always liked Barro's pizza and wings, so I have no complaints and would feel very confident in recommending the establishment for a good dinner. But what I'd like to point out is the people. First night, I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Audi. She was amazing! She had the best attitude, smile, demeanor, and was so very friendly. By herself, she literally made the trip into Barro's wonderful. Define a good server / host / cashier etc.... She would be it. A week or so later, went in just for some wings. The second visit I had the pleasure of meeting Kadence and Vanessa. Both of them were wonderful. My order was out in 5 minutes. It was prepared perfectly. Vanessa brought out my food, made sure it was to my liking. Then proceeded to bring me a water cup - as I didn't order a drink - and napkins. Again, an extremely pleasant visit. I see a few reviews claiming service was slow or they weren't acknowledged right away. That was NOT my experience. Quite the opposite. Again, thank you to Audi, Kadence and Vanessa for your service. You three were what made the trip into the restaurant worth it. Manager's - pay attention to these three please.
