  This used to be our family go to for McDonald's. I don't know if they have changed management, but it has significantly gone down hill over the last few months. They push you through the drive thru without your food and you sit in the line for 10 minutes or more. On this last visit I sat at the speaker for 2 minutes before someone came on and then they took the other lane before my car even though I was sitting there without someone in the other lane first. The only plus is the food is still prepared well. I hope management steps up with the service.

  Ordered off the app and didn’t get my complete order so I asked for the missing items and only got one. They don’t listen to the orders they also tell everyone to park around the corner and it takes 20+ minutes to receive food even if you ordered prior on the app.

  Staff are not helpful. I tried using the app 3 times now at this location and am met with errors and not honoring they codes generated. Save your time and money by passing on this sorry establishment.

  The service was excellent, even when I took our hash browns back because they were just barely warm. The very cordial server brought us some very hot ones, which were, however, stale and tasted like rancid oil. The McMuffin buns were hard and the meat was hard and dried out.

  I didn't think fast food (2 sausage McMuffins) should take 18 minutes. The sausage patties are so thin they are barely thicker than the cheese.
