  Store has really gone down since opening. Good staff has left and were replaced with incompetent lazy people. Meat department went into the toilet, produce is following it, they push everyone to self checkout and then have 5 or 6 people standing around. Customer service counter, don’t waste your time. I was third in line waiting, left and did my shopping and got a prescription, went back to customer service and was back in line behind the same guy. Looked around and 3 red vests just talking away to each other. What a shame.

  This Fry’s location is huge, modern, and very new, making it one of the more pleasant Fry's grocery stores to walk through. The layout is spacious, and the store carries an impressive variety of general goods, clothing, and home products in addition to its large selection of grocery items. Whether you’re shopping for everyday essentials, picking up a few household items, or browsing for something specific, this store has a little bit of everything. The wide range of products and the clean, updated feel make it a convenient one‑stop shop, especially if you like having groceries and general merchandise in the same place. Overall, it’s a solid location with plenty of variety.

  I forgot some stuff at the store in the self-checkout and when I called back Ray from the service desk went above and beyond to go and look for the items I was missing and make sure that my name was taken down so I could pick my items up at a later time.

  Really disappointed in the pharmacy. There have been several instances where they have not done what they say. Today I called GM make sure my meds were being processed because if I don’t it doesn’t happen on time. Talked to the gentleman and he told me processed by 2pm. I’m already supposed to have my meds - scripts sent day before. I go at 4pm and I’m told it was put to the back of the line and I need to come back. Where is the customer service. He said to me “sorry about that”. Doesn’t feel very committed to improving process to ensure patient / customer focused service. So I now put my things on hold…. Hmmmmmm! New pharmacy in the neighborhood - disappointed

  On 2 occasions with my grocery order pick ups, I have received literal rotten, almost expired or unusable vegetables. I addressed the issue the first time spoke to 2 different store managers. I thought they would have resolved it. I decided to give them another try I experienced the same issue today with my pick up order. They also did not keep their word on the amount they were going to comp me for my trouble. I would highly not recommend this store if you are looking for good customer service. Also beware and check your groceries before getting home if you do decide to use them.
