    It doesn't happen all the time but when it fails, it fails hard. Cold soggy fries, thick cut roast beef that has a weird texture. (Supposed to be thin cut or even shaved) I hate paying a bunch of money for garbage food. Then dude says sauces are in the bag and guess what's not in the bag!! Get it together Arby's!

    Staff is friendly and trying hard. However the food has really gone down in quality for Arby's. Not as good as they use to be.
