    I'm pretty disappointed with my recent Chipotle bowl. The protein, specifically the chicken, was cold. I understand that the chicken is cooked and might be stored in the walk-in, but it should never be served cold. Food safety guidelines recommend that protein like chicken should be served at approximately 140°F or higher. Serving cold chicken in a burrito bowl, or any menu item, is unacceptable. I hope Chipotle addresses this issue to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.

    Just replace these workers with robots already. These people don't understand customer service and people wanting to visit this place so they can get paid. Place is dirty. Workers are slow. They are going inconsiderate. Worst chipotle ever. Never coming back.

    If you order online for pickup expect to arrive and see a dozen people go through the line and have their food made before your order is ready.
