  Very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The delivery bags were completely soaked with grease, and the delivery driver even asked the crew to replace the bags because of it. I called the store and spoke with Daniel, the manager on duty. He put me on hold for over 20 minutes, then finally came back and confirmed that he had spoken with the crew and verified that the driver had asked for the bags to be replaced. After that, Daniel put me on hold again. Another employee got on the phone, and when I asked to speak with Daniel again, they refused to get him back on the line. The way this was handled was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer service and lack of accountability made the situation much worse. I expected better from management.

  an 1 hr wait for 10 wings is insane. Step your game up. No wonder why all the bad reviews.

  If I could honestly give this place 0 stars I would, I’ve came to this location various times before and never had issues. I’ve always placed online orders, go inside and pick up the food. I go to my car and check if everything is correct and if something is missing they apologize and put it in the bag. Recently I had placed an online order and my boyfriend went ahead to pick it up. His sandwich wasn’t done correctly so he politely asked for it to be redone, the only girl in the back that was cook this day gave a nasty attitude and told him it was going to be an 8 minute wait. My boyfriend came back outside to wait and I ended up walking inside with him and to our surprise the sandwich wasn’t being made, they proceeded to ask “oh so you did want that remade” like I thought that was already clear? At this point we had already waited more than 15 minutes when it was supposed to be just pick up and go? Once the sandwich was done they gave us the sandwich and we went ahead and checked the bag to see if everything was there like always. There was ranch missing that was already paid for so my boyfriend went in again to where they basically called him a liar and charged him again because to what they remembered they put it in the bag. At this point it had been way over 20 minutes so I went in mad with the bag because they were just playing in our faces. The girl up front that was writing in her notebook that was cashier just laughed and brought her supervisor where he couldn’t fix anything either, the cooks in the back were just laughing and messing around. Horrible horrible customer service, all they were doing was just giggling and playing in the back to which is probably why they couldn’t get anything right. They need to pay attention to their job and have better customer service.

  Needs leadership. The kids are whispering orders and not taking the initiative to figure out issues with orders.
