  Food is usually done well in my case. Customer service is perhaps the worst. They’re more than happy to listen but they act like they’re gonna pass away when you ask them to fix their mistakes. My previous time going they didn’t have Baja blast with my order and considering that what I only really wanted, I was told by the woman on the microphone, I would be able to come back the following day to have my order remade. I returned the following day and they still did not have it. I returned today and act like I’m trying to get a free meal. I explain to them what happened and my guess the manager working tonight May 12th, 2026, 8:00 pm told me “we will only be doing it this one time, also if it’s the Baja blast that we do not have we will only replace that” excuse met order includes the Baja blast. Also, the first time I went the woman on the microphone said she would write my name, the following day, the manager never mentioned the fact that I need a receipt (I never got one because I never got my meal). The staff needs to be on one consistent basis, and ever since this new remodel, they could give a dam about the people eating inside. Edit: they acted like I needed to be thanking them on my hands and knees for them fixing THEIR mistake…

  Drive through sucks. They left me in line forever just to tell. Me they didn't have my order available. I think she just didn't want to make it.

  I usually always hit the drive thru with the mobile order. Taco Bell usually always gets it right and gets me through very quickly...They haven't disappointed!
