  Every time I stop by Safeway in the mornings, Jessica is always so friendly, kind, and attentive. She always makes me feel welcomed and is genuinely such a pleasure to interact with. I honestly assumed she was a manager or in some type of leadership position because of how professional, helpful, and attentive she always is. She definitely stands out and provides amazing customer service!

  Accidentally inserted 2 $100 bills perfectly flat on each other and never got one of them back, but regardless, they still took their time and were reasonable with me as to why they thought I only inserted 1 $100 bills. I had this exact situation happen at other stores whenever I don’t get correct change back for example, and most are hostile, but these people here are not. Anyways this safeway is always stocked and has good prices, just remember to not insert multiple bills at a time or else you’ll end up like me though 😆.

  Tried their online ordering for the first time. Placed my order in the afternoon, was given two options for pickup 8-9 or 9-10.... I also clicked on the option to send me updates for my order. Not only was I not informed they would not get to my order they straight up told me it was unreasonable for me to expect to be notified that they wouldn't be getting to my order at all. Then when I expressed it was literally their job to staff appropriately, all they would do is simply say they were sorry continually, along with telling me they just couldn't contact 50 people to tell them they couldn't get to their orders, somehow I'm the unreasonable one and got hung up on. DO NOT TRY TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY CHARGE YOU UPFRONT THEN DONT DELIVER I COULDN'T EVEN GO SHOPPING FOR MYSELF BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO CONTACT ME!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND I CERTAINLY WILL NOT SHOP THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!! ZERO STARS 0000000000

  I sincerely appreciate the exemplary hospitality and customer service extended by the entire staff. This acknowledgment includes Mr. Hector and his team in the Deli Department, the grocery department, the meat department, as well as the front end and checkout personnel. The ladies and staff are exemplary, and the efforts by the gentlemen responsible for maintaining the parking lot and carts are commendable. Such dedication is sincerely appreciated.
