The pharmacy was moving people through quickly. I had 2 people in line in front of me and it only took 5 minutes from when I got in line to prescription in my hand.

They are always out of items. The landscaping looks terrible. Trees are missing and they won't replace them. There isn't any pride in this store.

Rather than cancel (and lose the coupons we’d applied), we went to the store to see if there was another way to get our items. Front-line employee Roberto immediately stepped over, listened carefully, and kept reassuring us that the store cared and that help was on the way—without making promises he couldn’t keep. Manager Nick then came out, openly acknowledged they were short-handed, and took full responsibility for the inconvenience. He contacted online-order manager Kay, who was wonderfully courteous and said she would personally pull our order. Within about 15 minutes she had gathered more than 25 items and brought everything to us so we could head home. At every step Roberto, Nick, and Kay made us feel like we mattered. Their professionalism, ownership, and genuine care completely redeemed the delay and left us very impressed. Highly recommend this location and the people who work there.
