- TTTKMay 13, 20261.0Gave me horrific food poisoning. Chipotle was the only thing I ate that no one else in my friend group ate yesterday so we know it was chipotle. Please save yourself, eat somewhere else.
- AMabbee mcneelyMay 3, 20261.0This Chipotle for mobile order pickup is, without fail, the worst in the city. I’ve used it 6 times for mobile order and 6/6 times they have been 8-15 minutes late. Order for 5pm? They won’t be starting it until 5:05 or later. Then the workers doing the mobile order are sitting there talking and, instead of asking for the name of the people waiting, just throw your order on the back counter without acknowledging you, so you have no idea if it is yours or not.

The three people that attended me all had an attitude because I complained about brown lettuce. And when they got to the front of the register and wanted to charge me $20 for half of a bowl, I told him I didn’t want it. They made a face like if I was the problem when they literally skimped me and treated me like crap because I complained about brown lettuce. I have been coming to this Chipotle since it opened. I don’t think it’s the teenagers’ fault. Maybe if management paid them enough to care there would be a change in attitude.

After opening the bags, we found we were missing green chiles and a container of meat. Another strange thing, we were given four bags of chips and one small container of salsa and guacamole. Why so many chips? They messed our order up horribly. Try to get a refund and send it back. Took an hour on the phone. We will never, never, order from this place again. Management you should be ashamed.
