  I’ve given this location several chances, and unfortunately, every visit has been disappointing. The quality of the food is consistently poor, especially when ordering online. It honestly feels like they don’t care about the quality of the food they send out or the customer’s experience. The last straw was receiving a pizza that had NO cheese on it. Pizza comes with cheese—customers shouldn’t have to specifically ask for cheese for it to resemble an actual pizza. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of making it right, the manager/supervisor refused to remake the pizza and offered excuses. After paying for a meal, that’s simply unacceptable. What makes the experience even worse is the attitude. Rather than acknowledging the problem and trying to resolve it, the staff seemed defensive and dismissive. Good customer service can often make up for an honest mistake, but that wasn’t the case here. This isn’t based on one bad visit—it’s a pattern. I’ve been here multiple times hoping things would improve, but the food quality has remained consistently disappointing. I Love Barro’s it’s this one location that consistently disappoints. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after repeatedly receiving poorly made pizza and poor customer service, I feel other customers should know what to expect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because there is a clear quality control issue that needs to be addressed. Customers deserve the food they paid for and service that reflects respect for their business.

  Every time ordering my own food or picking up for Uber eats it is never ready when they say it will be. I ALWAYS end up waiting another 15-30 minutes. I love the pizza but the service is absolutely horrible! The last order I placed they even lost it. It's been so frustrating. They have a good product but their service needs to be overhauled. Won't be going back for awhile and that's a shame.

  First time ordering for delivery. I ordered the mini pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, wings with extra sauce, and cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. The pizza was delicious. The over did with the extra sauce on the wings. The cookie was good. See first pictures. Second time ordering delivery. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and the cookie. The pizza was dry and did not have extra sauce. The cookie was good, but came with aluminum cover instead of lid. Ses last pictures. I gave five stars for the manager Luke proving good customer service. He offered to remake pizza and send ice with a lid. I will complete this review once this pizza is delivered. Pepperoni pizza with extra sauce delivered. See the last photos. I recommend this pizza. I recommend this location.

  Absolutely terrible experience tonight I placed an order. My delivery driver was extremely rude when my kids answered the door being very mean and disrespectful and then leaving with our order.

  Ordered my food around 6:50pm, was supposed to be ready in about 25 minutes or so. After driving about 20 minutes to get there, the food wasn't quite ready - no problem. After sitting for about 45 more minutes, watching everyone else come by and pick up their food - now there's a problem. I asked the girl up front how much longer, because now it's been an hour since I ordered ahead. She doesn't check anything, just says, "Maybe it'll be ready in 5 minutes hopefully..." Finally a different girl up front with some sense actually took my name and walked to the back to actually check on my food. She comes out a few seconds later with my food and another gentleman's who was also waiting since I'd been there. It seemed like the food had been back there the whole time, but the original girl didn't even bother checking. Definitely will not be coming back to this clown show - very disappointing being Barros, I was expecting so much more from them. ** The food was still good, but customer service was subpar, unfortunately. Next time I'll just go back to driving the extra miles to the Goodyear location. **
