  Watched him bag my food and then just set it to the side, knowing I was waiting right next to to the counter for my order. Had to literally ask for it and tell him I just watched him bag it. Let alone the fact that I was the only one waiting for an order at the time and there's four people working behind the counter.

  Grace the night time manager is hands down 1 of the best fast food managers in the whole county! She's also 1 of the youngest managers in her field of expertise! She goes above & beyond to ensure that her customers are ALWAYS satisfied! I've observed her working with her team of employees & it's quite apparent that she takes the same level of pride ensuring they're just as satisfied as her customer's... This young lady deserves so much recognition, for so many remarkable qualities that I've been able to witness over time. Which is only from a paying customer's point of view... it wouldn't surprise me if her employees & colleagues were also in agreement with my opinion of their night time manger! The name "Grace" suits this young manager quite well, as far as I'm concerned... It's also great to see the level of experience, poise & knowledge within the younger generation of our community! This definitely gives myself & I'm sure many other's a sense of hope for the future of our town, here in LHC :)

  First they shorted us on change in drive thru. Second we ordered medium smoothies. The first one was not full when delivered to us. About 3/4 inch down from top, the second smoothie was filled to the brim. Asked about it, the girl said that they were both filled to the top. Then she rudely closed the window. So much for customer service. !
