    First I’ll say the girls I’ve interacted with are always sweet and friendly. However, the last 2 visits I’ve been in the drive thru line, waiting my turn and another car has rolled up in the other lane and has been helped ahead of me. So now 3 times I’ve experienced this, as yesterday it happened again. I had been there for a solid couple of minutes, so I rolled my window down and called out to the guy taking orders, that I was there first, I was polite, I said excuse me, I was here ahead of them…he completely ignored me, wouldn’t even acknowledge me…the woman in the SUV even looked over at me, as she began to place her order 🤨…not the worst thing that can happen to a person but still aggravating and just plain rude. So we backed out and left.

    Seriously the best people here! Not only are the drinks they make wonderful, but the staff is always so friendly. I love coming here! 10/10 recommend!!!

    These past couple of weeks ive been going in the mornings and I always get this gentle men at the window he is so rude and disrespectful. He messes up the orders and doesn't give you the your change back when you tell him the coffee is wrong all he says is oh okay no im sorry or I can have it remade just stares. Yall need to figure it out Dutch is supposed to be a positive atmosphere and customers should be happy to be there but im not. I dont know his name i wish I did but hes a young gentleman with an edger haircut and its every morning I'm there smh. The night crew though love them they are amazing please fix the issue.

    They are always very fast. EVERY LOCATION TASTES THE SAME! Unlike Starbucks. They have food items and lots of new drink. You can also get stickers from them
