  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dutch Bros knocked it out of the park! Their frozen drinks are hands-down some of the best we've ever had. Perfectly blended, creamy, icy, and bursting with flavor from the first sip to the last. Every drink feels like a special treat! Not only were the drinks amazing, but the service was incredible too. The staff was energetic, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. That positive Dutch Bros vibe makes the whole experience so much fun. If you're looking for a refreshing pick-me-up, a sweet treat, or just an excuse to brighten your day, Dutch Bros is the place to go. We left with big smiles and will definitely be back to try even more flavors! Highly recommend! Life is simply better with a Dutch Bros frozen drink in your hand! 💙🥤

  Worst Dutch Bros experience I’ve ever had, the guy told me they don’t have thick blended and said it’s called double. Wheat came out what a white nasty foam drink. I brought I back and said I wanted it thicker and he said oh you mean thick blended?…. I said yes that exactly what I asked for… He said “I’m new you need to be patient”… This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen from this company. The drink he produced after (picture) was still supper gross and not worth $6 especially with his attitude. He wears a weird blue thing around his neck and has disgusting unsanitary fingernails…. I know it’s hard to hire right now but WOW…. I will be disputing this charge with my bank the drink was so disgusting. And his attitude showed there was no reason to try again

  I love going to Dutch bros so much! I’ve never encountered a negative thing with the employees and always seem to vibe with them. The service is amazing and efficient, I’m 18 and worked in a drive thru before so I understand what these employees go through everyday. Keep up the good work, you guys are doing amazing ✨

  I was visiting town on vacation and stopped by for a coffee because I wasn’t feeling well. My experience started off positively, as everyone seemed friendly. However, when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was apparently a little too far away. Instead of simply asking me to move closer, one employee turned to a coworker and commented about it. I then heard her say, “That’s so annoying,” before walking away. Neither employee initially acknowledged me, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Thankfully, another young woman stepped in and greeted me kindly, and the drink itself was good. I understand that mistakes happen and that drive-thru situations can be frustrating, but a simple, polite request to move closer would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, one negative interaction overshadowed an otherwise pleasant visit.
