  I came into Arby's today with my dad (Jerry) around 11:30 AM today, Saturday, July 18th. The manager (Ariel) was extremely rude to the customers and even the employees working. How is this lady even a manager talking to people like this? I will never go back to Arby's again.

  Staff is terrific as is the service. Love their food and t b e specials just coming. We go every week. Support this store. It's a keeper.

  Arby's Review: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I ordered a mac and cheese bowl with Brisket, and I was incredibly disappointed. There was barely enough mac and cheese to cover the bottom of the bowl, and it didn’t taste like real cheese—it was terrible. The bowl also contained just three pieces of fatty meat. The quality was horrendous, and for $15, I ended up throwing it in the trash. This wasn't my first negative experience; my last visit was just as bad. Don’t be deceived by any high ratings—these are likely the result of management misrepresenting their service. Previously, I ordered a fish sandwich that had clearly been overcooked. It was left in the deep fryer far too long and was dripping with grease. I won't be returning.
