  We arrived around 245 pm received our food at 335 almost an hour in the drive thru my order wasn't right I got a regular soda and I ordered a diet I also ordered French fries and tator tots I will never be back to this place

  Only had drinks. The app makes them buy one get one free. Great for that hot day . We had slushy.

  The drive thru here is terrible and always takes forever to serve food as cars line up. The food is ok but the burgers are kind of bland tasting.

  We had a small issue with the amount the system was charging us and the manager Alyssa was extremely understanding and resolved our issue within seconds! She was extremely helpful, and kind even with our slight frustration we left happy, not because we got what we wanted but because of her great customer service! Also bonus points for us having the same name!

  I have given this location multiple trys and the benefit of the doubt. We all make mistakes and we all have bad days. Nobody's perfect! However I have been to this location a total of four times and every single time they have gotten our order wrong. I know it's just fast food and it's no big deal but seriously, 4 times in a row? Literally every single time I've come here they have either forgotten item or given us the wrong item. I honestly like the green chili burger and I love cheesy tots. Unfortunately we are going to be those people who open up our bag in the Drive-Thru and double check our entire order before we drive off. This is what I recommend anybody do and everybody do at this point. It sucks that you just simply can't trust that everything is in there and that it's correct. It's not like I have super high unrealistic expectations of fast food. Fast food is kind of bottom of the barrel low quality. I totally accept that. It's not always hot, fresh and it's probably just thrown together. All the pickles are probably hanging off the side of the hamburger, all the cheese is probably concentrated on four of the tots. It's fast food and it's not fancy. The one thing that I do have an issue with is getting an incorrect or incomplete order when you pay for a certain item you should get that item. I'm not even talking about free condiments or napkins! Just get the order right! Clearly that is not going to occur at this specific location. So I will likely return at some point but it sucks because now they have set the standards so low that I simply expect they will not get the order right. It sucks for the people who have to wait behind us for us to go through our entire order before we leave the drive-thru line.
