This location also doesn’t serve milkshakes. Locals rarely eat here anymore. It’s the tourist passing through that seem to keep it afloat. Service has always been great though.

It was pretty busy when I walked in, so there was a slight wait for my food—nothing out of the ordinary for a lunch rush. Once I got my bag, I went to check the order to make sure everything was there (3 burgers and a large fry). As I went to grab one of the burgers, it completely slid right out of its foil wrapper and spilled all over the inside of the bag. I called over one of the team members, Thomas, to see if I could get a new burger made. I fully expected to buy another one and explicitly told him I’d be happy to pay for it, but Thomas wouldn't let me. Instead, he insisted on replacing the entire order for free so the rest of the food wouldn't sit there getting cold while the fresh burger was on the grill. That level of customer service is rare these days. Thomas handled the whole situation with a great attitude and turned a messy mishap into an amazing experience. Shoutout to Thomas for going the extra mile.
