- STSteve Thomas4 days ago1.04 out of the last 5 times we went here for lunch 11:15 to 12:00 they don't have any chicken breast cooked they tell us 20 more minutes I'm not waiting so went to KFC they have chicken ready guess we're not going here again I do not recommend eating here
- MMMonica6 days ago2.0Felt gloomy inside. Bathrooms were shabby. Floor was dirty. Needs an update badly. They scrimped on the food. The chicken as always had great flavor though. The girl at the register was nice.

The soda machines are constantly down and they dont tell you until you get there. The food takes 20 minutes to get after they say 5 to 7 minutes. When you ask to speak to a manager all they say is sorry we cant help you. The customer service is sometimes great but a lot of times they look at you like they hate you because you aren't there nationality. The floor is so sticky my shoes got stuck to the floor. The dining area is so dirty.

To add insult to injury they refused to cancel the order they couldn't fulfill what a joke! Finally get a hold of someone at customer service and they inform us that they will be so kind as to refund our order....in 2 weeks. Last time this franchise will get a penny from me which sucks because we were looking forward to it.
