- MMmetaphor1k2 days ago1.0EPL is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location was sub par. Both the chicken and rice were very overcooked, with some of the rice rendered as hard as rock. I’ll continue to eat at my usual location close to home as they are always excellent, but I won’t be visiting the Kingman location again.

The older white woman kept the dining area and the trash always taken out and very nicely kept when I went in there today there was a very rude young girl working who did not smile once and did not seem to enjoy her job at all my chicken was lukewarm and the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. I sure can’t buy pieces that small at the supermarket. My mashed potatoes were only filled up halfway and I didn’t get any gravy I had to ask for Gravy. Not to mention my chicken quesadilla hardly had any cheese in it at all for 799. It’s a bummer when you walk into a restaurant and every table is dirty. The trash is full and the employee seem very unhappy. It doesn’t make for a great lunch. I hope they can improve this location as I was very excited for an El Pollo Loco to come to Kingman, but not after having the experience I had today.
