  Walked in to order some food to go. It was like I was invisible. A bunch of teenagers gathered RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and Was there for a good 5 minutes, nothing. I left and went through the drive-thru and got helped immediately. I had a small order, and they STILL messed it up by not giving me the guacamole I ordered. I was on the road, so I didn't realize they'd stiffed me until I was miles away. I'm sure there are better choices in the Kingman area.

  The food was pretty good although the way the tacos were wrapped made it difficult to get to the food. The wait was long and another couple actually cancelled their order because they couldn't wait any longer. And the restaurant itself was in terrible condition. The tables and floor were all dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. I would not patronize this restaurant again.

  Ordered two piece with breast and wing, got leg and thigh. Also no flour tortillas. Screwed me out of money.

  Many times I ask for a bowl toast and it's always bad they don't put rice beans bro I bought a lettuce for 13 bucks

  July 5th 2026, I went in and stood at the counter for around 5 minutes. No came to take my order. The cooks just looked at and another gal came from the drive through window and looked at me. I finally called the store from my phone. No answer. Finally a manager came and took my order. Absolutely no one went to work on it. I waited and finally yelled for someone and got a refund. I've never seen such poor service.
