  We enjoy stopping at this Dairy Queen after a day of shopping. The staff are friendly and always greet upon entering, are quick to take orders, and food is prepared in reasonable time whether eating inside or drive-thru.

  Menu very limited. Needs work with customer interaction skills. Most of all, needs to be deep cleaned on the inside. We can see straight into the kitchen and there is trash everywhere. No sense of tidiness. Chair and tablets weren't clean. Trash still on the floor under the tables. They have time to talk and laugh, should use the energy to clean. The flies were making there presence known. We were not from the area so we ate as fast as we can and left.

  This Dairy Queen here in Kingman Az has great customer service the GM Clarissa was very nice the food was great and I was greeted on the way in and was told to have a wonderful day on the way out ,thanks Dairy Queen

  I ordered two chili dogs and they let them leave the restaurant with a scoop and I mean a small scoop of burnt bottom of the barrel chili on them they have no conscience of what someone else is going to eat they don't care I have pictures to prove it and when you try to call them to complain they won't answer their phone because they see your name on the caller ID and don't answer the phone so I reported them to corporate and they said that they were going to tell them to call me and apologize and they still haven't that was a month ago

  Sat in the line for drive-through for 20 minutes. Five cars never moved left went to sonic ordered and The order came out within 15 minutes and we are heading home already. Dairy Queen ice cream is very good but their service sucks. Employees are horrible. Kingman Dairy Queen might as well shut down because they’re not making any money. People were driving away tonight.
