  The service here is the worst. First they were cooking chicken while we were there and they didnt even turn the meet one time and im sure we were there for at least 20 mins. I was going to order the chicken but after how burnt they were, I decided go to something else. Also when we were ordering our food. The person that was helping us put more spicy sauce then all the food combined!! I had to buy my son in and out because it was overwhelmed with hot sauce. We always stop by here on our way to phoenix because we love Chipotle but no more. We decided to go to in and out.

  I cannot adequately express how incredibly grateful I am for the experience I had at this location just half an hour ago. Living with a gluten allergy often makes eating out a stressful and risky endeavor, but today, a remarkable female employee completely changed that for me. When I notified her of my allergy, the level of care and attention she took was absolutely astounding—it genuinely brought me to tears. She didn't just go through the motions; she went above and beyond to ensure my meal was completely safe. Not only did she immediately wash her hands and change her gloves, but she also took the time to wash every single spoon used for the ingredients I ordered. To guarantee there was reduced risk of cross-contamination, she even went to the back to get me completely fresh lettuce and cheese. It is so incredibly rare to find someone who takes food safety this seriously and treats customers with such immense care and empathy. Because of her dedication, I was able to sit down and enjoy a delicious, safe meal with complete peace of mind. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and for giving me a stress-free dining experience!

  Ordered food it showed up with no untensils so looks good no way to eat it though and call them to ve treated very rudely dont waiste money here.

  I really like Chipotle but there is a public health issue at this location. I hope the manager(s) read this. I usually come to this location in the morning or afternoon. Here is the issue which I have observed with different employees. The vast majority of the time, when one person is running the counter from order to payment, hand washing is not taking place before putting on clean gloves. It is not a safe food handling practice to operate the register including handling money, putting on clean gloves without hand washing, and returning to food handling. Maybe, there should be a sign on or next to the register noting, If returning to food handling, wash hands adequately and put on clean gloves. Please, make this a priority. I don’t want to potentially get sick or others to potentially get sick.
