  We’re visiting from out of town and decided to try Longhorn Outpost & Barbeque Company since we don’t have anything like this where we’re from. We’re really glad we stopped! The food was really good, and the customer service was just as great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had the sliders and tried both the Carolina Reaper sauce and the Pineapple Bourbon BBQ sauce. Both were really good! The Carolina Reaper definitely had some heat, and the Pineapple Bourbon was probably one of my favorites. Overall, we had a great experience. Good food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely come back!

  This is an establishment that’s been in Green Valley for quite some time. We drive by it constantly but had never stopped in—until today! It was me, my husband, and our almost 2-year-old. First impression walking in: it was clean, welcoming, and the A/C was working great—which is a HUGE plus during an Arizona summer! 😂 It’s not a huge restaurant, maybe 8–10 tables inside, some bar seating, and it looked like they also had an outdoor seating area. We were greeted right away and given some time to look over the menu. Our youngest got the chicken nuggets and fries because, well, that’s her jam. 😉 They were actually delicious and cooked perfectly. She devoured them, along with a side of ranch! I ordered the pulled pork with potato salad. The pulled pork was very good—it had a nice, light smoky flavor and was incredibly tender. The potato salad was good too, although it was a little runnier than I personally prefer. My husband ordered a burger with a side of green beans and gave two thumbs up to both! They also offer a few different BBQ sauces, including Greg’s House, Bourbon Pineapple, and Carolina Reaper. And YES—the Carolina Reaper is definitely spicy! 🌶️🔥 I personally really enjoyed Greg’s House sauce. To wrap up the meal, we were offered dessert. They had chocolate cake, cheesecake, and butter toffee cake. Do yourself a favor and GET THE BUTTER TOFFEE CAKE! 🤤 It was easily a 10/10, especially with a scoop of ice cream. Overall, the prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. If you’re in the Green Valley area, definitely check them out. We’re glad we finally stopped in, and we will absolutely be back!

  First time here came along with my folks been wanting to check this place out for a hot min. But never got around to it but super glad to finally have done so! Definitely would recommend you give it a try if you been eyeballing this place like i was. To start off the place is a lot smaller then I anticipated maybe 34 people fit inside max! There is outdoor seating but would recommend only doing that if it gets darker out and nicer weather please dont do it in 97° plus! Unless... you really like that type of heat. Bring sunblock lol But honestly id say max 50 people in this place so party of 4 or less Definitely recommended. But the food was cooked super well pictures to follow the cook was pretty talkative loved that and the server was nice a little quite maybe be a little more talkative but she was polite and attentive so no complaints they do have a few tvs as well. I did check out the bathrooms of course and it seems to be unisex 2 bathrooms only but better then other places I been with just 1. But yes check them out for sure everything was seasoned well and made to order will definitely be coming back again! They have a pretty big choices on there menu definitely recommend there tots if your a tot lover they were super crispy loved that! A+ definitely check this place out.

  Terrible experience. This used to be one of my favorite places because the guy who used to cook here made amazing food, but unfortunately he doesn't work here anymore, and the difference is huge. During our visit, we saw the cooks drinking beer from the bar and going outside to smoke weed. You could smell it on them every time they came back into the kitchen, and they didn't even bother washing their hands before going right back to preparing food. The food was completely flavorless and looked like it had been thrown together with no care. It was so bad that we paid our bill and told them they could just throw the food in the trash because we weren't going to eat it. I also walked over to the dessert area and noticed that the cutting boards and prep surfaces were filthy, yet they were still preparing and placing food right on top of them. That is completely unacceptable in any restaurant. For the prices they charge, this place feels like a rip-off. I really hope the owner pays attention to what's going on because a restaurant that used to be excellent is losing customers because of the lack of professionalism and basic hygiene from the kitchen staff.
