    Long time Dutch customer I come from Oregon where they began. Yesterday 1 car was in line it took 15 minutes! The car in front of me was know by staff I guess 2 employees cane out to chat while the line built up behind us. When I finally ordered it was another 10 min to get my tea because the inside was chatting. I love the friendliness but let’s bring back some common sense. By the time I left the lines were crazy. It was only 2:00 pm.

    This place used to be good about 2 years ago, the kids were friendly and fast. Now after changing out the staff on a monthly basis the kids have zero idea how to prioritize and make coffee to get people on their way. This is not a location you can go to at "coffee time" (7-11am) they cannot figure out how to get through orders so even if you order ahead you'll be sitting in a line or at their window for 30 minutes. Advice to management: train the staff, stay with them. They absolutely need the guidance.
