- WGWeather Girl4 days ago3.0I am not a fan of this particular location. In no exaggeration, half of the time I receive someone else's order. They're in such a rush to push you out of line they don't give you a chance to check. I'm not going to wait another 20 min in line to exchange my drink, especially when the exit is the same as the entrance and is completely blocked with cars. Ridiculous.

The last 3 times we have gone, the drinks are over blended and super froathy or a very obvious difference in taste on our usual orders. We have mentioned it when we notice before leaving and get an excuse like they just changed out something in the machine and there is nothing they can do about it. There is no desire to remedy the problem.

Granted I understand that it’s probably been a day for them but this is what I served see pictures. Super disappointed just wanted something nice for Mother’s Day. Even outside of the Mother’s Day part this shouldn’t have been served. It’s watered down and you can tell it’s been sitting awhile. It’s supposed to be the strawberry colada blended rebel.

I had not even ordered then he asks for my order I got two drinks another girl brings my drink and I didn’t get my second drink, she asked if everything was okay I said no where my other drink. The other kid didn’t hear me order because he was too busy talking to a coworker. Side note the drinks tasted bad, I should’ve made coffee at home.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
