  This Arbys doesn't take Arby's coupons. They wanted to charge me more than was advertised. This is not a corporate store and it's shows.

  Food was average for the price, as we felt the sandwich was really expensive. The service was fantastic, The guy was very pleasant.

  I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. The food is normal Arby’s food which the whole family likes. I love the variety on the menu and French dip. YUM! My kids like the sliders.

  I put 30-40K miles on my car annually due to work and regularly eat on the road. I’m a huge fan of Arby’s, stopping at their locations throughout southern AZ. This one off Duval Mine Road in Green Valley is THE WORST. The outside of the building is poorly maintained/overgrown, the floor and tables inside are always sticky, the food is never hot, and the staff is all young, inconsiderate kids who are terrible at their jobs. The final straw for me happened a couple days ago when I walked into the restaurant in my uniform having to pee very badly before eating, but they have a code on the restroom door. When I asked for the code while essentially dancing, I was told that I’d have to order first. I stood there in disbelief for a moment before walking out for what will be the last time and running to use the restroom at the gas station next door. There’s another, much better Arby’s just one exit north on I-19 that is well worth the extra few minutes if you really want a beef n cheddar that badly. This location is a dump and the staff is very rude.
