  I had placed an order last week and once I got home and started eating I noticed there was a hair in a my food I called back spoke to a manager on two separate days telling me they were going to issue me a refund. Once I noticed I never received it I called again to let them know I never received my refund and then they tell me they’re not going to issue me a refund as they don’t know what I was talking about. Called in three separate occasions and suddenly they gave no idea what I’m talking about.

  To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This order was a remake because I was given 5 drums and 1 flat. Even though they keep telling me it should always be half and half UNLESS I request otherwise or unless I pay for all flats. This is not the first or second issue, this was maybe my 4th or 5th time with an issue and I usually don’t call. People will say, why do I keep going to this one and that’s valid. I live in walking distance and new here so it’s convenient but I won’t be back. Again this was a remake and when I called, I told her that several times to be clear. It was literally just for 4 flats per Ve or Vi when I called initially. The young lady I talked to on the phone seemed to understand that this was a remake for flats PLUS she said the manager was there currently. When I went to pick up, I paid for my fries and she gave me the bag. I asked was there ranch and she said no but went ahead and gave me one. I got home and lo and behold, I do not have my 4 flats. I was just in shock to be honest. And these drums were absolutely gross. It’s like they were refried and they were so dry and the sauce was like tar. The flats tasted like they were made fresh and separate from the drumettes. I couldn’t even eat them. I wish I would have showed the bottom of this container, I’ve never seen the sauce this way. Also, the girl kept saying LnR, I had to ask her what she was talking about and she said Louisiana Rub. I don’t think abbreviations should be used. If this place was cheap, I wouldn’t say anything but $15 for a 6 piece meal is not cheap to me.

  Picked up today. Can’t complain. There fast and Individual in front was nice..etc Food order was right and fry’s were good as well.

  I placed 2 orders called and canceled 1 because my son accidentally put pick up. Was told I would receive refund in 1 week this was the 18th of April. I had to call wing stop over 15 times since the end of April to find out when I will be getting refund. Spoke to serval different people was told manger would call me they never did. To be completely honest no one ever called to follow up. Will not be ordering from this location because of their unprofessional and follow up
