  Just ordered this trash off uber eats food is literally Ice cold I live 5 minutes away…Got the wrong drink and it taste horrible fire everyone they just back there playing around

  We went to this location on 8/22/2026 around 8:20pm. When we ordered our food at the drive thru the employee (Amanda) taking our order was extremely rude and rushed us through our whole order for 6 people. We had told her we have a larger order and at one point told her we have 3 more meals to order but after every single item we gave her she proceeded to ask “is that all?” Or “anything else?” After EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM! We got to the window and asked for the name of the person who took our order, the manager (Nate) came to the window and asked what was going on we expressed the issue and he didn’t seem to care where his first question was asking if we wanted to cancel the order to go somewhere else after we had just ordered over $90 worth of food. We again asked for the name of the person who took our order as we wanted to write a complaint and he completely refused to provide the employees name and said “just use my name” (no problem Nate, I’m using your name too). What he failed to realize is the employee was standing at the window with her name tag on and her name was also on the receipt. Again if you want to experience rude staff who rush you to order by all means this is the place to go. Otherwise I would skip it and go a couple miles down the road where you have probably 3 more stores that have much better staff.

  Our experience was great. A few other customers had some issues with their orders. We were here a few days prior & there was management all over. Yesterday not so much. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the men's bathroom was not the same as the previous visit. In the restaurant business you should always do the right thing...not just when the big whigs are there. A mop bucket should not be left in the dining room to view for your entire dining experience. New restaurant...but bad habits are hard to break !!!

  My first Job moving to Phoenix many many years ago, was Whataburger, has been my favorite burger since. This new place was good, but would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't have been a little over cooked so a little dry. Love Whataburger though!

  Order with the app. Got to restaurant, no body inside only one car in drive through, and even with using the app with the take put option to br available ASAP, and driving from my home, I had to wait almost 10 min. And then after waiting that time , I drove home amd found one of the Taquittos was short Ot was the only one ordered without Cheese. So had to ho back for it and had to wait another 10 min. Horrible le service. No wonder Chick-fil-A next door had line for days and moving quick and they had nobody.
