  I don't mean to be that person because I work in customer service/food too, so I understand. But I ordered on the mobile app around 11:30pm. I waited a good 10-15 minutes as I still hadn't received my food and I felt I was gracious enough because I get it, it was busy-ish too. Finally after midnight, some others in the mobile stalls are going through the drive-thru because NO ONE has come out to deliver any food. I also followed and did the same roughly after 20-25 minutes of waiting. I get up to the window, and two of the ice creams I get are half melted, food wasn't as warm anymore as it had been sitting on the counter clearly. Then they even didn't have one of our other milkshakes ready so they had to make that on the spot. The food tasted fine and everything later, but what just disappoints and upsets me is the whole point of a mobile ordering is it's supposed to alleviate the time it would be going through the drive-thru. I think they as a team need to work on their management with time and priorities too. Overall waited nearly close to 45 minutes for my food. Just disappointing.

  I placed my order thru the drive through where the attendant was very helpful and the Meal was very good. I’ll be back for more !

  Great place to grab a bite on the go with the kiddos! Food is always fresh! And you cant beat the ice-cream especially when its this hot out! Highly recommend 👌
