I had an employee by the name of Michelle, who was working self-checkout, do the review of my experience at the store on the self-checkout point of sale machine. Without asking me, she put that the experience was great and locked in the answers required for a positive experience survey. The problem I have with this is that you don't truly know if my experience was good or bad when you do that. That survey is for the store to gauge whether the overall experience of the establishment is positive or negative so they can adjust accordingly. When you take that away from the customer and do it yourself, you create a flawed system. For the betterment of the establishment, I would like to bring this to their attention so it can stop, and the associates who work there can instead help educate the customer about the survey and its importance to the store. Thank you.

Some people need better training in customer skills. Please Safeway do better I'm a loyal customer.
