- JJJuanSep 27, 20261.0This is unfortunately the only option for grocery down in EMR. So I can’t really say I won’t be coming back because I have no options. However today was particularly upsetting. I can understand low in stocks on a Sunday morning, although they were worse than usual. What I can’t understand is how you won’t staff the registers so I have to self check 55 items in a tiny space. Sure people are nice in the store but they aren’t helpful. Manager walks by, self checkout attendant, then the one cashier shows up but she’s cleaning registers not helping customers…. Took me a while to figure out how to handle 10 full bags in a self checkout area designed for 10 items or less…. Outside of the guy in the liquor department (he’s outstanding every time I come by) the rest of your staff could use some training on basic customer service and a little faster stocking.

- GOGregg OrtegaAug 18, 20265.0I think Safeway is a great store with friendly and helpful staff I’ve been going there for years but I was recently accused by a black guy who said he was security of the store of stealing and told I was never to come back to the store!! It was a very embarrassing experience for me and I was truly offended so I am only one person but I will never shop in Safeway again!! Thank you for the kind times but placing these joke security in your store I am very offended
