- LZLeah Zentz4 days ago1.0I’m absolutely tired of Safeway and their grocery pick up. Every single damn time I place an online order there is an issue with it. Items on sale are NEVER NEVER NEVER in stock. When you use all their stupid buy multiple coupons. An item will be out of stock and you lose the discount,then you have to go inside the store to fix it. I order online pick up to NOT go inside the store. Their online grocery order dept will immediately close out your order after they send a text to select substitutions. I get the text, go to make the selections only to find out they closed my order out and I don’t even have to pick up it up for an hour. It’s not the app, it’s this stores specific online grocery order dept. Get it together over there or I will need to make a specific complaint with your corporate office.
