They chop up a brisket and servers just grab a handfull of whatever and slap it on the bun and fire it over the counter. Sadly my handfull was 80% a glob of fat and only a little bit of meat. What I got was delicious but by the time I picked the glow of fat away with a fork the remaining meat was only about an ounce or two. My son's sandwich was about 50/50 meat to fat. We got the end of the brisket. Had we gotten a handful from the middle this might be a glowing review. The other issue was the girl who was at the register. She obviously dislikes her job. She was not friendly, never smiled and got super angry that we didn't walk in the door knowing all the "rules" of Rudy's. I simply asked for a fork and she snapped something about forks and stuff over there with zero indication of where "there" might be. We found them. Could be a cool place if the people weren't rude and if the pitmaster knew how to trim the fat off before cutting the brisket up to serve.
