  I placed a $500 catering order for my crew/team and it was imperative it be on time. Not only was it 30+ min late but when I called the store numerous times no one could be bothered to answer the phone not did a manager call to tell me it was going to be late or apologize. On top of all this part of the order was thrown together a bagels were not labeled correctly.

  I forgot how good Einstein's Bagels are. Such a tasty and relatively inexpensive breakfast option.

  We've been coming to this location for years and unfortunately there has been something wrong almost every time we've ordered but today was frustrating. After placing a mobile order last night, practically no part of the order was ready. Staff immediately was impolite and at 6:45am they were completely out of plain bagels so I had to pick out 8 different bagels. Then when I went to get my drink, I was told that they were out of skim milk. Then I was told that they haven't had skim in the last 2 years despite that always having been a milk option in the app and we constantly order drinks with skim milk and haven't ever been told that before. Staff was then rude when I requested a refund for my drink since they couldn't make it with the milk I ordered. Then after all this, my cream cheese was still missing from my boxes and I was told to grab it myself. This experience greatly soured my view of this location since we have not had nearly as bad service and order accuracy at any other Einsteins locations.

  Eli, mgr. Was extremely helpful and considerate as I was flying out the next morning, I ordered a meal but forgot part of the order. I called later that day, and spoke with him. He made sure that it was ready when the shop opened at 6:00 am so I would have my meal for my flight. You know the cost of airport food and sometimes quality. He went above and beyond to assure I had exactly what I wanted for the 6 hours I was going to be in and out of airports. Eli, I appreciate you. That’s Goodyear, AZ @ Dysart.
