    There were only a few cars in line. The worker stood chitchatting with the person in the car in front of me for the longest time before finally coming over to take my order. After taking my order, she went right back to that same car and followed them up to the window. Once they got to the window, instead of keeping the line moving, she continued chitchatting with the person in the car, and another coworker joined in. They were all standing there talking like they weren’t even at work. When I finally got to the window, I still had to wait while workers walked by. The same coworkers saw me waiting, made eye contact with me, and continued their conversation instead of helping me. It took over 15 minutes just to get my drink when there were only a few cars ahead of me. By then, the line behind me had gotten so long, and it was completely unnecessary. I’m not even exaggerating. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this Dutch Bros, and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced service like this there. Night shift seriously needs some help with customer service and keeping the line moving. Plus, drink wasn’t made correctly, again first time.

    I come here a lot and this place always brightens my day. All the workers are so friendly and they are very relational. I’ve connected with Austen the most. He is the sweetest guy and he works very hard. This is my favorite location!

    Waited for 20 minutes to get my large iced golden eagle extra shot. Finally had to ask for my drink again. He handed me a large cup of iced milk no Carmel or whip. What a waste of time and money. DB has really gone down hill over the past few years.

    This location was fine until two months ago I don’t know what has happened. Lots of new staff, if there’s new staff on a shift I would assume they would have at least ONE person that know what they’re doing. It literally takes 30 minutes for one single drink in 111 degree weather. Ridiculous

    I don't understand how hard it is for people to follow directions. There are 2 lanes that literally tell you to use both lanes and to zig zag. Yet, people only wanna use 1 lane and then get upset when a car uses the other lane. Like, why are you mad that you don't know how to read or follow directions!!
