Always get my custom order wrong but I put instructions in the app exactly yet there is a certain shift that does not follow the order to exact. Other then that this place is amazing. -1 star for that shift that does not follow App orders to exact.

My husband had taken the family out to get our regular coffee and mango smoothies with our dog, when he got his order it didnt taste right so he went back to get it redone. The employee stated that she had "made it" with no other context. Husband said well it has no flavor and not sweet at all. She the proceeded to say she can make it extra sweet maybe he's not tasting it. He said no its bland it has no flavor at all, She said I'll make another one extra sweet so its good for you. Husband said ok yes please. She than said go ahead and toss that, but said it like an order instead of you can go ahead and throw that one away. Whole interaction felt uncomfortable as I felt she was offended by saying it had no flavor and because she made it. Made us feel off and wondering if the service standard is going down here.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
