  I sometimes stop here to get a quick coffee when I don't have time to get breakfast at home. The staff has always been professional, polite and cheerful at 5:30 am.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances because it’s the closest one to me but consistently, the experience has been disappointing. Most visits, they either don’t have items that are commonly on the menu or the wait time is much longer than expected for a simple order. On top of that, the overall atmosphere feels off. Staff members are often heard complaining openly and the customer service comes across as uninterested or unfriendly. On my most recent visit, I ordered a drink that didn’t taste as expected and a breakfast sandwich and I could hear staff in the back complaining about having to prepare more food. That kind of environment doesn’t make customers feel welcome. To add to this, customers are prompted to tip during checkout which feels out of place given the level of service being provided. Tipping should reflect a positive experience and unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. I understand that everyone has tough days but when this is a consistent experience, it becomes hard to ignore. I hope management takes a closer look at what’s going on here, because this location has potential but is really lacking in both service and quality right now. In the meantime, I'll be visiting Starbucks or Dutch Bro's instead.

  I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this location. I come in 2–3 times a week, and despite repeatedly asking for light ice, my request is consistently ignored. This is not a one time mistake it happens every visit. Today I ordered a large brown sugar shaken espresso with light ice, and the cup was more than halfway filled with ice. While the coffee itself tastes good, I’m not receiving what I’m paying for. It’s unacceptable to be charged for a full drink and receive significantly less product due to excessive ice. At this point, I expect my order to be prepared as requested. If this issue continues, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
